So during my hibernation lol...I'm in the process of finding my own style. Now, I'm at the stage in my life where I want to dress the way I feel and my personality is. The way I dress now is nice...but if you saw me you would think she only cares about fashion, shallow, maybe even stuck up..or MEAN until you got to know me! Like those are the worst generalizations everrrr but I don't pay attention to them. I love fashion don't get me wrong...but I want my style to define me...You see that pic up there...well yea..that probably something I would wear to be honest. Now me and my bro were talking about how people take having a muse too literal and don't make the style their own...but it's ok to like someones fashion sense...just gotta make it your own. Now Vashtie is a tom boy and wears what she feels... I used to be a tom boy but that phase is far gone. I just love her free spirit and her style makes me want to jazz up my style some more. Of course I'm way more than my clothes...but I want my whole self to represent me... cause the shocked looks I get when I say I love hip hop or even rock, or even visit the hypebeast site blows my friggin life. I've always wanted to change my style..but me and CHANGE are no bueno!! 0_o lol

But it's time for me to be bold! Change up a bit, get a style that fits me.... So Look out..."I'm Coming Outttttt!" -just give me some time tho...to change up your style takes funds...-cough cough- ..which I don't have!! But soon people SOON! lol

I can't say I'm upset..I'm just kind of disappointed because I feel at this time right now I should be buying Kanye and Lady Gaga Tickets..BUT that's awesome for Cudi! I'ma big fan of Cudi's music as well as his fashion sense, so I'm def supporting this tour for him!! YES...I Went to the Jay Z BP3 Concert as well!!! :D I told you I been slackin' 0_o! This concert was AMAZING...Of course we were in there deep... except we were kinda separated because we bought tickets at different times...but at least we all got to enjoy the concert!! So the concert including The up and coming J.cole ...Wale and N*E*R*D!! Great Line up..and they came to Baltimore..wasn't missing that concert for nothing!! Of course when they played Empire State of Mind I sung my heart out as if I was Alicia but Jay took it back and Had me and my homies jumping on seats and rapping every single lyric! It was AWESOME!!!

OMG My faithful Readers...I've been neglecting you!! I really do apologize..I have no excuse. Okay so where do I start?!

Well...

....I got to see LUPE in CONCERTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! I cannot explain how I feel all in one nutshell because I feel too much. Ok so of course me and my bro had to spice it up and get Lupe's new 'we are lazers' tee and get front row..that was a given! It was me, my bro and like 20 other people who are like fam (I'm so grateful for meeting them btw) Okay so this is like way over due! I have been NEGLECTING my blog...and its just not right!

So the concert was AMAZING. It was so amazing when I listen to Lupe live on youtube it just brings me back to the concert and I want to like cry or something. I know your like wow she over exaggerated it but I'm really not. So my me and my bro were dead center front row and if that was the only thing that was uber Awesome besides going to the concert I would have been over ecstatic...but it wasn't. My bro was spotted by Lupe because he was hype ...well honestly our whole crew was. Lupe and my bro were basically conversing back and forth throughout the concert..crazy right?! Lu played almost all the hits...it was so bananas! So then Lupe gets off stafe and daps up my brother..now mind you i'm right next to my bro..who points out to Lupe that I'm his sister. PAUSE gasp for air... Lupe walks towards me!!! He's talking to me and i'm in a daze ...Completly blanked out. lol. All I remember is him moving closer and closer to me and touching my hand. So I asked everyone what he said ..and they said he said I was very pretty, Where do I live...a series of questions and asked if I had my passport ..then when I said yes, (Knowing dang on well I didn't) lol He broke into Paris, Tokyo. Oh my goodness gracious I shoulda fainted!!!! LOL

That had to be my dream come true. Still can't even believe that happened. But this is def NOT my last Lupe concert!!! Do I even have to tell you more about the concert...Just know it was AWESOME! Lu is a great performer and I can't wait to go to more of his shows!!

So I stepped in the MAC store...and this time it was for myself. I was always a person who said make up is this make up is that, Im all natural LOL; then I bought eye liner. Once I put on the eye liner when it was off, it felt like something was missing, then I got mascara. Boy oh boy, when I didn't have mascara on I felt as though people probably thought I looked sick or something, cause I did. But, still I felt as though I was ok and I still had that natural glow because I wasn't caking foundation on and stuff. SO basically every morning I was putting on eye liner, smuged lip liner, and mascara. So, I went to the Mac Store with the thought that maybe I'll let the lady put make up on me, I mean the whole sha-BANG and see how it looks. Bad idea, I loved it..sooo I bought everything, like I Mean spending damn near in the 100s for concealer, mineral powder, blush ....ect.

Who woulda thought and when I told my friends..it was the whole.. "why would you get make up, you don't need it" and the "oh I'm still natural girl, blah blah blah" So the next day I put on make up b4 class..and sat in the mirror applying all that stuff on my face and by the end of it...even though it looked good, I almost cried cause in my mind I never felt uglier. That kinda contradicts itself but I felt as though, damn I needed to put all that on my face, what the FUCK am I tryna hide or you can say I was just trying to enhance my beauty but I was looking on the end of me wearing a mask. I felt as though I was trying to hide something that didn't need hiding. Like I still get the same remarks I did when I never wore make up, So why can't I go a day without wearing any make up. The thought baffles me, that I sit down for 10 min applying stuff to my face ..and when I leave without puttin it on, I think of the nearest bathroom to put it on.

Now, don't get me wrong, I know I'm beautiful...Not a cocky remark, I just feel as though what people link make up with is insecurity but with me that is NOT the case. I am very confident but the make up has become another part of life and the reason I wanted to cry is because when you put on make up, you tend to forget that you probably looked exactly the same without it. I can still write all this and put on make up tomorrow, the next day and the next day. It's just something I have to learn something I need to understand; the fact that make up can enhance my beauty but I'm always gonna be pretty without it.

I can't even lie, this is hard to write, because I always scratch the surface of my life when writing personal blogs, but this blog really got to me. I started it like last week or something and refused to finish it, but I did. I'm not saying I'm going to stop wearing make up or only use it sometimes... we'll just see where time takes me. I feel beautiful, I am beautiful and I'm me...any girls reading this ..Stay beautiful and stay you and feel confident.. "There's nothing more sexy than a confident woman" -quoted by many guys lol ....and trust, confidence will get you far.

Now Now Now...It wouldn't be right if I didn't put this blog up next!!!!

After listening to this album trust and believe I have "An Empire State of Mind". Blueprint 3 is def the truth. HA, and I def got the Official CD a couple days before the release date... "I'd like to thank my connects" lol. Yes this album was very much anticipated and it was for a good reason.

So this how it started .....The 3 musketeers (me,josh,winslow) called up a small cd store asked them if they had the CD in already...THEY SAID YES! So you know what that means...find a way there and get the damn CD. With no car, and the concept of wearing as much black as possible we had to get up there. A walk to "morgan view" and a 1.60$ bus ride did just that. A slight mission but we had to do what we had to do. When we got back def listened to the Blueprint 1 & 2..then 3!! Love this CD, its def for the people who are ready for change and new Jay. Forreal forreal any Jay you can expect something great. All his songs make me think on that album and they mean so much more in debt than what scratches the surface. I was going through some papers and found a poem from Shakespeare talking about Love. We analyzed this poem in my AP lit class and this has to be one of my favorite poems next to Phenomenal Woman by Maya Angelo. I love poetry as well as write it so hope ya'll enjoy this one... I'll explain the poem at the end.

Shakespeare decides to go out the box and not stick to the norm of people's thinking and writing during that time. He says love doesn't change or go away it stays. Love doesn't stop short but sticks with you through thick and thin. If he's wrong then he's never written anything and no man has ever loved.

G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra

Ha...This movie was awesome! If you've ever played halo it felt like you were watching the game happen in full effect on screen. Oh plus the graphics were real nice. So I here it's the #1 movie in the world right now... That's crazy but believable. So the acting wasn't top notch...on acting and cool graphics tied in.. I would say Transformers def. wins but G.I Joe weaponry in the movie was real cool. I recommend the movie if you haven't seen it, and if you have you should definitely agree about the "coulda been better" acting lol. The movies action keeps you mesmerized though honestly...it's non stop. Loved the movie, if your into movies like this..you should too!

So time for an update. I've been thinking about a lot of things and day dreaming of course..tryna make shit a reality. As college slowly approaches a lot of things start to bring back memories that I will really miss. Like when I hang out with my close friends, it starts to hit me how much I will truely miss them! I wanted to go to college to start my life...but I guess that was my boredom speaking. Whatever, there's a lot of things I would love to leave behind and a lot of memories I wish I could run with. Imma really miss my friends and it shhuuckss that we're leaving this soon. I'm seeing a lot of peoples true colors, and thats a really good thing. Some mofo's can be str8 bitches forreal, but HEY better to find out sooner than later. I feel like I've been rushing a lot of stuff lately, but I realized that so now im just chillin. In like the past month I had a bunch of feelings I didnt understand but as I let time go by, it defined itself. See me, I've been single for hmm 2 years just about, and thats so friggin weird for me lol. Not saying I have a guy every second but all my friends know me as the girl that likes a good loving relationship, not just mingling around. But every guy I've been with was an asshole except one...but I left him for an ASSHOLE. wtf right?! dumb right?! well that was like 2 years ago so fuck it....and almost every guy i've talked to after that was an asshole too smh. LOL I wrote a blog earlier about taking my time when talking to guys, so thats what imma do. Thats basically all I could write when my bro came at me with some words of advice about not being one of those females who are like "ANTI-men" ..."All guys are dogs" type females. I was so confused at first I couldn't lie; Like the only thought in my mind was 'why the hell is he coming at me like this'??? But then I took time to read and understand and realize that I could easily become the type to say "fuck all guys".."they all after one thing"! But I choose not to be. Sounds kind of crazy hoping for that real LOVE..especially in a life like this...full of heart breaks and mistakes. But why hold back....am I really protecting myself when I become close minded to every guy that walks my way. One thing I wrote him was "you either be genuine and talk to the guy, or keep it moving" Why sit there whining about how a guy doesn't do this a guy doesn't so that..BLAH BLAH BLAH!! The guy prolly does not give a damn and you basically put yourself out there that you've been hurt. I mean Hell I've been hurt yea... but I'm NOT about to sit here and YAP away about it! I mean I would love to have that guy that treats you perfect in every way...but why keep my guard up SO FRIGGIN HIGH...then I miss him when he's right in front of me. I mean my guards are still up there...but I'm gonna come at you as a friend first. I'm not gonna rush into no damn relationship but take time to make myself comfortable with the fact I might actually like you. Sometimes just taken that time instead of turning every nigga away with my "anti nigga" whining...might make things all the better. You get to see characteristics about the significant other that you like, dislike or can deal with...that may make your relationship less of a shock and downfall..and more of a beautiful growth between the two of you. I really do thank my brother for coming at me the way he did even though I'm far from what he was giving advice about...it just made me think. I mean it's easy to become bitter but positivity can come from every downfall. Being heart broken can make you more aware, more careful, but also give you things to look out for. Time can be such a virtue..whether it be with relations...but with growth and maturity within yourself. So let time run slow every chance you get...and grasp everything you can...cause time waits for no one.

So the summer started with a little tragedy...R.I.P. Frankenstein lol!............
Well Frankenstein was my friend Chrissy's (Green) car which took me and my friends on major mission around the DMV seriously! That car was our right hands! Well when we were on the road on our way to my besties cookout it broke down on the beltway!!! Wtf..That was the worst. Now picture 5 (pretty) girls lol stuck on the side of the road with a broken down car..tryna act like we knew what we were doing-pretty damn funny! Well the car is back up and running again thank GOD! now we can make this summer even more memorable than it has already been! Next time lets hope Chrissy remembers to change her oil!!!!! hehe

Well....Besides the Geo 'Frankenstein' incident, summers been alright..From cookouts to wack ass pool parties to ihop everyday of the damn week to movie trips-(oh btw HANGOVER is the greatest movies ever!!! )..to getting in trouble for getting in at 5am sunday mornings lls....WHATEVA...there's a million memories left to make! Oh and I'm getting my tattoo monday! Lawd I know what your thinking another phenomenon of teens getting tattoos..don't worry i have a blog soon appearing about that once i get mine. FINALLY!

So my life is finally starting. Now my decisions matter more than ever before; scary thought but I'm more than ready. I'm not typically a person who likes change, but when it comes time for me to make a difference than hell yea I'm ready. See if anyone just graduates high school they know how much of a relief that is. I'm not saying I'm like a warrior not scared that theres that chance i might mess up but yo have to fail sometimes in order for success and if you realize that you will go far! Theres gonna be so much I have to learn, adapt to but I'm happy I'm going to college with the people I love. (Mecey poo and Slick)...Makes it a hell of a lot easier! The main thing that stays on my mind is.."what's next?" Of course there are gonna be a hell of a lot of new boys but im not really interested...cough *at all*! I mean there's nothing wrong with Morgan guys but i know about 'freshman BAIT' ..y'all are after. So I'm not really trusting any of em for the moment. But im open minded...If thats anything I learned throughout my life..is never start things close minded but just be wise. I can be VERY close minded at times..esp dealing with boys sheeshh...but i'll save that for another blog lol . I'm just happy i finally graduated. I almost didn't, which was a very weird experience. Not because I failed any classes but because I lost credit in a class because I was absent 11 times. Don't ask me how...it was 1st period..(enough said) lls. But I made up the days while all my friends were sleeping in! But hey...at least I graduated. Couldn't let some dick head teacher stop my success. Anyone who hasn't met him your missing out. I remember the text I got from him one morning asking me if I was alright...but I had no DAMN idea what he was talking about -(drunken hot girls) :) but anywaysss i saw him later that night an he acted almost like he didn't know me! One of the worst nights of my life-thats when I realized what I was losing- a REAL friend. So I saw him on the bus a week later and the brother/sister bonding continued. I remember that week perfectly because when you lose someone who isn't important to you if you see them a week later you probably wouldn't mend the situation, but our bond is closer than letting a stupid situation come between us-theres a reason we were on the same bus big bro!. Oh man and I remember when we drove to Georgetown playing 808's and Heartbreaks, and just talking about life, and we went through the most scary ass church ever and thought something crazy was gonna pop out, lls he was scared-but I kept making him drive around the place. It felt like we were in some scary movie!! haha! I don't think he knows how much he means to me..all I know is when were together chillin -We MAJOR! He gets mad when I don't listen, I can tell because the 1 page text turns into about 5! But I listen! I just act retarded sometimes-but He does toooo!!! Oh and he has this stupid rule for me:

My brown sugar; he told me his heart's dictionary defines me. He got me feeling hotter than a summer's day! Lookin past any boy that walks past my way. Lookin past each and every boy -thinkin in the back of my mind, "sweetheart don't fall for em'...unless your willing to get hurt!" Acting like a fool-left me a fool...but made me stronger in almost every way! My mind might be altered just a bit...leaving boys helpless to the unbearable fact..that I refuse to open my heart up again. Thats where reality hits me - feelings are uncontrollable..sometimes-undefined! I can hold myself back from a thing called "life"...but what justice would that do! What would I learn...what would I feel. How could I define an emotion that's left my tongue so many times-LOVE! Give me a definition of LOVE...and I'll give you a definition of FATE! Looking far and past the ones who might leave you breathless...for the ones who will have you holding your breath-hoping to GOD he didn't lie or cheat on you! I may sound a little bitter...maybe a lot-but thats how I feel. Time to Evaluate! My life...-something slight of original. Livin life...steady waiting for my Brown Sugar! ...But First I have to evaluate me! How can I understand you without fully understanding me?! My life is my priority, but I cant comprehend shit! One day im feelin my reality as if it was my safe place of refuge, then it turns out to be my insanity ward! I'll keep you posted on my reality, but im not sure you understand ME! I keep my feelings held in, TIGHT! And when i start to let em out....I feel like I cant stop! I can write them on paper, I can say em...but yet there is more that I cant let out!-more of me! You cant capture the fire thats inside of me, because I am in the process of igniting it! Im realizing that you can make YOUR reality! I find it easy to let my future define me... but forget about my present! I never left my mark..saying "here is me"! I've kept quiet...kept still; as if the rock I was hiding under would be my emblem of rememberance! I want you to remember me for ME! I want you to see me for ME! Judge me if you want....Critize what I do; but at the end of the day..the only person who matters to me..is ME! Im not selfish, Im not cocky nor concieted...but I Dont blame you for thinking it; if you DONT know me! I figured I care about people more than I care about my-damn-self! I put people before me! How naive is that?...thinking people might actually do the same! I was proved wrong! LESSON LEARNED!; but then i remembered ALL people arent the same! I know if I went by every lesson learned ...i wouldnt like a damn person! But theres nothing wrong..with being aware! Being aware that you might get hurt; you might get lied too; you might be disliked, hated, and looked down upon! But HEY...thats LIFE!

Well I wrote this a couple of weeks ago but I didnt want to send it to the person who left me more heart broken then I had givin him credit for. I wrote it and read it over and over again and it left an imprint on my heart and gave me a new meaning on the word love. I kept it to myself because it showed me where I needed to move on from..and I have moved on...Which is why im not reluctant to show anybody this note or let my past rewind my future.

Yesterday I showed weakness,

Today I show sympathy and regret.

You leave me with mearly a story to tell,

and a past to move on from!

It felt as if you made me whole,

but in reality you diminished my happiness, my strength, and my pride!

I was dependent.. But now I am better than that.

You lied, You cheated and you made me feel relentless and weak,

But I was blind of that!

I looked past your many faults,

Which was my biggest wrong doing.

Now I am sitting here, HURT!

Never did I think you would hurt me or make me regret the day I ever met you!

You will never see your wrong...

But I always will..Which is enough to make me...

My suggestion to you is to live your life for you only, simply because you can't satisfy the world but you can live your life in Ultimate Satisfaction!

Well... Imma start my blog with something I wrote about a month ago and is titled "Reality is Virtue" which is my moto in life and means Reality is something that I feel is righteous to have because while I was busy living in "fantasy world", I was blind to the present which was my downfall.

My life doesn't rely on you, my life doesn't go by your perspective.My reality is my belief, for my reality is my fate. Where I want to go is where I'm going. My life is led by God and my instinct only. What I want is what I pursue to get.People come in and out of my life, people bullshit and people lie.My life is of no equivalence to yours because if you aren't in my life now, there is a damn good reason for that being so.

You live your life in the eyes of others without leaving room for yourself to see your flaws. My biggest critic is myself, because letting others judge you will only give you a spiraling path; A path that will lead you to an unreliable end. I wait for no end because my time is limited, either I know where I'm going or I don't! You don't define that path for me! I look around me and I see what used to be and I laugh...I look around again and look at what used to be and question life. Life ...I laugh at it and I laugh at the bullshit situations. I laugh at the good times, I laugh at the people I wish I never met, I laugh with the people who bring me joy because happiness is unreliable. Joy is everlasting, happiness only lasts for a split second and could be taken away just as fast. You look at me...you judge me; you talk to me...you judge me; you get to know me you love me...or you hate me! If you hate me ..you mean nothing to me..your just another person to put behind me.

Simply because your reason leaves me at a questionable state; a state that has no definition or reason which is a waste of time that should be spent on greater value-then worrying about you! My reality is virtue because it gives me a new beginning and lets me look at life with a better light. Life may disappoint me, but I rather that than letting you or myself be my biggest disappointment!
